With the advantage of having our purification centre next to the Restaurant we can boil our lobsters from live each morning in purified sea water drawn in underneath the Restaurant. Our Oysters come from our PGI Oyster Beds and are dredged by our boat (Melissa E – Whitstable). They are washed and purified in the purification facility for a minimum of 42 hours before being fit for consumption.
All of our local fish comes from Whitstable fisherman who have been working with the company for years, we always have fish specials on including Skate, Whiting, Herring, Sole & Plaice.
Being owned by the world famous Whitstable Oyster Company Ltd we have the advantage of our own micro Brewery based in Grafty Green, supplying us with a range of draught beer and ale straight from the cask.
